Michelle completed her yoga teacher training in 1999 at the Health Advantage Yoga Center in Herndon, Virginia. Recently, she completed the Integrative Restoration Institute’s Level I and II iRest Teacher Training Programs offered by Richard Miller and senior teachers as she hones her focus on mindful movement and meditation. Michelle completed the Year of Living Mindfully program in 2017 offered in the metropolitan D.C. area by Jonathan Foust and has participated in the Teacher Development Intensive for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. In the past 10 years, she has studied regularly at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and is certified to teach Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training. Michelle
